The handle ensures optimal pressure distribution, so that uniformly thick Patties are created allowing you to cook your patties evenly.
The stair-like design, allows you to make your patties in 3 different thicknesses: 1/4-pounder (approx. 110g), 1/3-pounder (approx. 150g), 1/2-pounder (approx. 230g).
With the help of the lifting device, the patties can then be easily removed from the mould.
