Orders under £50

  • Cost: £4.95
  • Delivery time: 3-5 working days
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Coverage: All UK mainland addresses

🏪 Click & Collect

Collect from our store

  • Cost: FREE
  • Ready for collection: Usually within 24-48 hours
  • Notification: Email when ready to collect
  • Collection hours: Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery times apply.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Delivery available with possible additional 1-2 days delivery time. Standard rates apply.

Northern Ireland

Delivery available. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.

International Delivery

We currently focus on UK deliveries. For international enquiries, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Order Processing

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1-2 working days
  • Orders placed after 2pm: Processed next working day
  • Weekend orders: Processed on Monday

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Link to track your parcel in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date
  • SMS updates (for express delivery) If you would like to sign up for this, let us know when ordering in notes.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Delivery Issues

Nobody Home?

If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery:

  • A card will be left with collection/redelivery instructions
  • You can usually arrange redelivery online
  • Parcels are typically held at local depot for 7-10 days
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [your email]
  • We'll arrange replacement or refund immediately
  • No need to return damaged items unless requested

Delayed Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your tracking information for updates
  • Contact us and we'll investigate with the courier
  • We'll keep you updated until resolved

Special Delivery Requests

Safe Place Delivery

You can request delivery to a safe place (e.g., porch, garage) by adding delivery instructions at checkout. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items left in safe places.

Delivery to Workplace

We're happy to deliver to your workplace. Please provide:

  • Full company name
  • Your name for attention of
  • Complete address including building/floor if applicable

Gift Delivery

Sending a gift? We've got you covered:

  • Enter recipient's address at checkout
  • Add a gift message (we'll include a beautiful card) please request this when ordering
  • No prices shown on packing slip

During peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), please allow extra time:
