EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, if you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To cancel your order, please complete the two steps below:

Step 1: Submit your withdrawal request

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to cancel
• Your request to withdraw from the contract

Step 2: Confirmation

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email within 24 hours. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Returns

After submitting your withdrawal request, please return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
