This beautifully designed 28cm Scanpan Impact Tagine enables you to transform fresh and tasty ingredients into exciting and exotic dishes. The tagine can be used on the hob, in the oven at 260°C, or on a gas burner, e.g. the gas burner of a grill. The tagine's base also functions as a serving dish that keeps the food warm with the conical lid perfectly mixing and preserving the flavours of ingredients, making unique, rich dishes full of flavour.
The Impact series is stainless steel cookware, refined with a sandwich base and aluminium core, the result is solid pots and pans that heat quickly. Steel is known for its tremendous durability but aluminium is a far better heat conductor than steel, therefore, products in the Impact line are constructed with an aluminium base surrounded by stainless steel, which furthermore makes the series suitable for all hobs, incl. induction. Other features include, a drip-free rim, inside capacity markings, a tempered glass lid, cast stainless steel handles, made to stay cool longer, fast heat distribution and optimum heat utilisation.
