The ceramic sharpening wheel fits in the innovative Robert Welch hand-held knife sharpener and integrated knife sharpener, designed to provide an easy solution to microsharpen and hone your plain edged kitchen knives.
We recommend that after 12-24 months, depending on frequency of use, you change the sharpening wheel in order to maintain your knife's cutting edge to a high standard. Also available individually.

Replacing the ceramic sharpening wheel
1 - Pull upwards on the clear guard to expose your existing ceramic sharpening wheel.
2 - Remove and replace with the new wheel.
3 - Reposition the clear guard then press down to secure.
Change the ceramic wheel in the sharpener after 12-24 months depending on frequency of use, in order to maintain your knife's cutting edge to a high standard. It's quick and simple to replace following our step-by-step instruction.
