The 17cm santoku knife features an ice-hardened, precision sharpened, thin, scalloped blade to reduce friction and help you to cut things more finely and precisely. Fully forged from high quality German stainless steel with a hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness, and a classically shaped handle. All Professional kitchen knives are securely boxed.

The 17cm/7" santoku knife has a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength.

German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 57, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch Professional kitchen knives. The ice hardened, German steel allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness that lasts.

The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.
