  • Deluxe heavy weight board made from high quality bamboo - featuring a removable stainless steel ring with spikes which can be secured and stored safely on the underside.
  • Ideal for carving and serving large joints of meat, whole roast chicken and other poultry. The spikes hold the joint firmly in place while the handles make for easy transportation
  • Non-slip feet avoid slipping and scratching of work surfaces. Channelled grooves and reservoir collect juices which can be decanted from the board to make a gravy.
