The 22cm carving knife features an ice-hardened, precision sharpened blade, which enables the user to cleanly and precisely slice meat, poultry and fish. Fully forged from high quality German stainless steel with a hand applied 15° edge for superior sharpness, and a classically shaped handle. All Professional kitchen knives are securely boxed.

The 22cm/8.5" carving knife has a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for superior strength.

German stainless steel, hardened to Rockwell 57, is used in the manufacture of all Robert Welch Professional kitchen knives. The ice hardened, German steel allows for easy home maintenance and a superior sharpness that lasts.

The tactile handle features the RW insignia, a permanent steel detail.
