The Katana Saya Pakkawood 9cm Paring Knife is the smallest knife in the draw, although one of the most helpful. Excellent for peeling vegetables and the preparation of fruit. This Paring Knife is 9cm in length making it a small versatile knife for the little delicate jobs in the kitchen.

The Western Pakkawood range comes gift boxed with a leather sheath that offers the perfect protection for your knife, protecting yourself and others from its supremely sharp edge. The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel which offers exceptional toughness. This high quality stainless steel is hard and unbreakable and can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC.
