Bold artwork from one of Louis Renard’s “Fantastical Fish” fills this long narrow ceramic serving tray, the extravagant colours recreated from the artist’s 1719 publication. The earthenware serving tray’s artwork has been produced using a combination of painting, hand-sponging and drawing with pipettes, which results in a multi-layer motif that breathes new life into the classic art.
