Simply place the stopper in the spout and when you pour pan drippings into the fat separator, the strainer will separate unwanted bits and the fat will rise to the top. Remove the stopper and pour, and the flavorful cooking liquid will come out first, allowing you to leave the fat behind. The measurement markings make following recipes simple, and the splatter shield helps prevent splashing while you pour. When you’re done, this Separator is dishwasher safe, and there is a built-in storage spot in the strainer to keep the stopper so it doesn’t get lost. Also available in 500ml size.
